- I really enjoy reading great American and British literature. The poetry of Emily Dickinson is some of my favorite, along with the plays of William Shakespeare. I also enjoy American and British history and exploring the relationship of how the history of a certain time period is reflected in the literature from that same period.
I think a few of Beowulf's positive attributes are he is trustworthy, strong, and has everyone else at heart. He protects everyone that he can. He can fight off monsters, who know no one else can kill. He tries his hardest at everything he does.

No matter what evil he is up against he does not back down and he will find a way to take down his enemy. Beowulf is for the right thing always. Til death he will fight his hardest.

Beowulf quite possibly laid the foundation for modern superheros. Whereas Beowulf was only human, he possessed super human strength, he was cunning, and brilliant. He never shied away from a challenge or battle and he was willing to risk his life for those around him. -Dylan

ReplyDeleteBeowulf is interested in helping anyone that he can as well as in anyway he is capable of doing so. He has super human strengths. He uses these strengths to help and protect those that cannot do so. He took charge when other were to afraid to do so. This shows that he is a takes charge when it is need the most. He is also a very courageous leader.

Beowulf had some positive attributes. He was very confident an that's attribute everybody needs. He also was not selfish he thought about others safety more than his. He was also very strong that he defeated a monster that could rip mean in pieces. He was a very a very great epic hero.

What positive attributes must an archetype such as Beowulf possess? In any given archetype, most expect the common values of courage, strength, and glory. The character of Beowulf is a vision of all the previously noted traits. However, it is also within him that no man is impervious to death; therefore, he always dons his mail of chain- the vital protection of a great warrior.

Beowulf was a very brave mortal man. He was stronger than any other human, like he wasn't even human at all. He defeated the great Grendel, along with his mother. Carrying a huge sword made by giants, he decapitated the mother. Then he went to the previously injured Grendel, and gave him the same defeat.

ReplyDeleteBeowulf has many positive attributes, such as his physical appearance, being called an archetype, and his motives. Beowulf is an example of a man's man, along with his abs and incredibly good looks. He has no flaws, considered a hero, and is greatly glorified by those around him. He is portrayed as a light at the end of a long tunnel. He comes to Herot with a caring mind to help those in need of Grendel's claws.
Beowulf was the superhero of Anglo-Saxon folk-lore. He possessed all of the attributes of a great hero. He was brave, cunning, proud, and loyal to his people as well as himself. He was a fearless warrior, never hesitant to take on a fierce adversary. Possessing super-human strength never hurt anybody either. Well, nobody good that is.

Beowulf's most positive attributes are his endless courage. His strength surpasses any man or monster. Lastly, having unbreakable chain-mail and a magical sword is not so bad either.

Beowulf has very many attributes. One of his many attributes and most important is confidence. Confidence plays a key part to any warriors personality. Another important attribute would be his arrogance. This led him to many victories by not doubting himself and having the courage, that his arrogance to not be defeated gave him.

Beowulf fought against many monsters, but he defeated Grendel and his mom; Beowulf was extremely strong; Grendel has his armed ripped off by Beowulf's bare hands. Grendel's mother was decapitated; He used a sword call Hrunting to do this. He was a leader, because he didn't follow anyone except himself.
